About this Course

Growing Together is a free, small‑group community program offered by the Township of Tiny in partnership with North Simcoe Muskoka Specialized Geriatric Services. This program is for older adults living at home who are experiencing dementia or frailty, and their care partners. Participants attend together as a pair and take part in relaxed, hands‑on gardening activities designed to support connection, well‑being, and shared enjoyment in an outdoor community setting. This respite program offers care partners an opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences, feel supported, while still spending meaningful time together.
